latex-cjk-korean software package provides Korean module of LaTeX CJK, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install latex-cjk-korean
latex-cjk-korean is installed in your system.
Make ensure the latex-cjk-korean package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep latex-cjk-korean *
You will get with latex-cjk-korean package name, version, architecture and description in a table
